This will eventually lead to a smaller waistline and smaller jeans.

Will you be able to stick to a low-carb, no-pasta and no-potatoes diet for the rest of your life? If not, a low-carb diet will not be sustainable or beneficial to your long-term weight loss goals. Do you have a strong desire for things like peanut butter, avocados, and steak? Then a higher fat, lower carb diet may be beneficial to you and is likely to be a better option than a low fat diet.



So, before starting any diet, consider what you can't live without. You can then build your diet around those foods. On a fat-loss diet, you can eat whatever you want as long as your calorie intake is lowered. Don't be so strict with yourself. Choose a diet that you can stick to for a long time. Your weight loss objectives can be met in no time if you eat your favorite meals but consume fewer calories.
